Say a woman wants to lose weight and decides to go on a program where she lifts 3 times a week and does cardio. Must she train chest? I mean won`t it make her lose her boobs?

I lost my boobs before I ever looked at a weight!!
Even when chicks work out the chest, we can't lift nearly as much as you guys... I'd say work some chest in there... won't hurt...I don't think with that kind of working out (3X a week) she'd lose boobs, but as she loses weight of course she'll lose some boob... boobs = fat

It makes sense what you say, but I just always happen to have girls who ask me for advice that are lazy, and want them to get the most out of their routines. They all tell me " Oh if I do that I`m gonna get all bulky and muscular" Those shakes taste bad, besides I don`t need that much protein! I don`t need to train arms, they`re not fat... Then off to the adducter/abducter machine, butt machine and endless sets of crunches they go...

au contraire it will push her breasts further out

the calorie deficit will be where she looses fat and cup size

Shit, I never knew that! Any explanation to this? For sure they will ask why...

The muscle is under the fat. Feel free to also explain how you can't site target fat.

So the muscle being bult under the fat will give the impression of bigger boobs so to speak? But still wouldn`t it make the chest area harder? I don`t think the girls I talk to want that. ^^^ I`m not getting into that conversation about site fat burning... It`s like the "you can or can`t change the shape of a muscle conversation..." So you can keep those studies I`m sure you have on file for another day, lol...

Boobies wil go as she losses the weight

unless a doctor gets involved but a nice chest will give the appearance of bigger tit-ties

plus you kinda need to develop some strength in your chest to do alot of other excercises... right?... (chest, back, shoulders... ???)
I wouldn't suggest benching plates right off the hop... but maybe a few sets of girlie pushups to start!

(i might have mentioned this before...) when I started training I couldn't bench the bar, or do 5 pushups! I think one reason women don't want to work chest is because guys slap 3 plates on there and don't break a sweat and we are so weak there... it's hard to get over the initial (I don't know what to call it...) gym intimidation maybe?...
(OH... and after almost a year... I can do a set with quarters on the bar!!! lol... still wimpy, but WAY less wimpy than before!)

as she drops weight the boobs will get smaller. I had ZERO boobs come contest time, not that I have a lot of boob to begin with but definately a big decrease as I got lower in body fat.

I train chest heavy as I can, has to be part of a training routine. My numbers are going up in chest exerscises, I never used to train chest hardly at all. Willy got me hitt'n the chest!
