How would a 125-130lb athletic female dose the Helios 55.5mg,

I figured a few days at 1 cap in the morning, to check tolerance, than a few days at 1 cap morning and 1 cap preworkout/cardio, then slowly add until tolerance is reached?

Whats the ingredients and dosages again? I can't think off the top of my head.
Probably something similar to what you suggested.

I suggest always using Helios with a 2 days on, 1 day off split. Start with 1 tab first thing in the am and a second tab early afternoon. Gradually increasing up to 2 tabs in the am and 2 in the early afternoon.

Guys can go up to 2 tabs 3 times a day.

I think they are tabs as of now so try half of one if u can cut it.

In the short term there is no significant down regulation of any of the receptor systems, (beta-adrenergic, alpha-adrenergic, nicotinic, and adenosine) Jump on that horse, ride it and don't gett off. You'll have to spur the horse a little as time goes on (add more tabs per day) but that is a couple weeks away.

Half a tab is too little. The product was originally developed as a capsule equal to 2 tabs. The dosage of the tabs is a function of tablet size. One tab in the early AM and if she feels OK, then one tab in the mid PM. Half tab increases per dosage time down the road for your woman.

It is best to take 2 tabs at a time as that is the proper ration of caffeine to nicotine, that according to the studies used to develop the product caused the most lipoylsis.

Do not drink caffinated beverages or smoke, especially close to or more importantly after taking Helios.
