i got to train with him today. yay for me.

awesome guy. excellent teacher. very open, got a chance to hear his thoughts on the UFC, PRIDE, IFL, wandy, spider silva, hendo, bas, taktarov, stout, hominick, vitor, randleman and more..... got the real scoop on randy too:D

i wont repeat what he said here. i just wanted to brag. sorry fellas. i will say that some of the rumors circulating do have truth to them and if i had to bet on it, i'd say randy would fight in the ufc again.

I used to do private lessons with Shawn when I lived in London. Then IFL started and he got really busy and then I moved. Great guy, excellent for the sport.
