Usually bagels, whole wheat pasta with chicken, whole wheat bread with natty peanut butter MMM.

Cheat meals don't have to be unhealthy choices

I don't feel guilty after I feel GREAT! My veins all start popping out, I feel pumped.. and my workouts for the next few days improve :D

When I dieted down a cheat meal was a nice steak, smashed potatoes lots of veggies some bread a glass of red wine and 1/2 a pc of cheese cake.

I did this meal the week before I won as Ontarios Master Champion at a great bistro called Plunkets in Windsor.

Pizza is my chioce, each sunday... I feel bloated and the carbs make me hold a TON of water, but after my monday workout the water is all gone and I look and feels better. I dont get guilty, only if I "cheat" when it isnt planned. That doesnt happen...

Guilt? Never. I eat clean all week and Sunday is my cheat day. I don`t consume any protein poweder`s or chicken meals. Just junk all day.

Ya i used to eat nothing but junk, but i hate that shitty feeling the next day.... I cleaned up my cheats and eat lots more oats, pancakes, instead of straight up junk....im still just as satisfied at the end of the day, muscles feel fuller, i dont look so bloated and feel gross the next day.

I never feel shitty the next day, the only challenge is staying with the diet as planned. But one thing I find makes a big difference in how I look the next day is whether the cheats come from sugar or fat. The sugar meals are much more "mirror friendly" One week I had a pizza and fries with all the other regular crap, and yeah, I looked shitty for a couple of days...

As for myself, I only cheat every couple of months that aren't specific, more out of craving than anything else. Usually, it's a massive load of peanut butter, or going out to a buffet and gorging myself silly. I think to myself, "buffet" Big.Ugly.Fat.****ers.Eating.Together, and that usually holds me off 9 times outta ten.

For some reason I always seem to eat a ton of cereal. I usually start every cheat day with a 400g box of Cheerios for breakfast.

my cheat days are a couple beers, pizza, wings with friends.....and feel like absolute crap the next few days, with guilt!.....almost as bad as I feel when I miss a workout!

Well, Im just getting the ball rolling here again so most of my meals have been cheat meals for the past while. Once I get the diet in check, I will allow the one cheat meal per week and my ideal cheat meal will be all about the carb cravings, lol. A nice ceasar salad followed by a heaping plate of spaghetti and meatballs, with the sauce and meatballs being home made. MMMM
