So im almost done this cycle: week 1-10 60mg Var ed
week 5-10 60mg t-bol ed

I just found out i have a fight coming up in about 7 weeks and had 18 lbs to loose. So i went keto 2 weeks ago. I have 10 pounds left to loose. I am concerened about coming off and dieting during pct. What are my options here? I dont think i want to run any more orals as 10 weeks is plenty long. What about switching to low dose test? Like 125-200mg test e e3d? Just dont want to lose to much muscle while dieting, any thoughts guys? thanks in advance!

I would go 350mg / week test prop to help maintain muscle while cutting.
IMO anything less would be worthless.

if it makes a diffrence ive never run test before, this was my first cycle, as well how would i adjust pct for this?? why prop?? i was thinking less injects as they will be my first..

Oh ya I forgot it would be your first. I did prop for my first. I chose prop for the fact it kicks in right away compared to E or C, and if your fight is in 7 weeks you got to be cutting now. you can shoot it eod and its still very effective, this is just my opinion, let some of the vets chime in and see what they say.

correct.

do they do any testing for AAS ??

prop might be your only option since it works fast and clears your system quickly as well....but what about ECA or another fat burner like LIPO-EX ??

It took 5 to 6 weeks for me to really feel my test e. It would be like coming off of var for 4 weeks or so then strait into another test cycle. You have to stay on something fast acting or you will drop your androgen levels and then come back up.

+ you could stay on var a little longer, it's good for cutting as well.

They dont test, how long does prop take to kick in? it should be used e2d? I think that using eca or lipoex is bad during pct ive heard?? and i have to lose 10 more than still sweat 5... i hae sweat up to 9 lbs before but it is terrible.

Prop starts kicking in for me after 3 or 4 injections.

Is this at the amateur level? If so the rounds are shorter correct? If your gonna run test you will gain some weight... it will help you keep your muscle mass while dieting but since this will be your first test cycle you will be very receptive to it. You will have a harder time with water weight also, even with prop.

Diet is everything. That much weight in that many weeks doesn't seem like that much. Are the weight-ins the day before or the day of? Is this your first mma fight (not grappling tournament, but actual fight?). I remember you saying in an earlier post you hadn't gone to train mma for weeks cuz the var made you lethargic... To be honest i don't know if you are rdy.

Start cardio now!

jeez thanks mersanary.. wanna be my coach?? lol... not my first fight.. ive decided to start pct and possibly run some clen if need be... and they are 5 minute rounds...
