cleansers?

Somebody asked me about cleansers but don`t know anything about them. Any good one`s you guys know of? It`s for a woman in her late 20`s who dosen`t train but is looking to cleanse her system and feel healthier.

I went to a naturopath after my show and asked for a good quality cleanse and it was about 100 bucks. But it was extensive as hell and really really good. Although i never made it to my apt. i would def try a naturopath becuase that is what they do you know? thats what there good at and they use some crazy equip and what not to do it that you otherwise wouldnt be able to get.

I went to a naturopath post contest...he got me to get a product by HEEL Google it...easy to get, apparently it is #1 in the world, not sure who voted...It was a 3 part liquid system that made me pee a lot, and it seemed to work well....
