New guy from Ontario

Hey everybody!

I just registered and I wanted to say hello to everybody. I'm from Ontario, and to be more specific in Hamilton. Let's see, I've been training/working out for the past year. I started at 250lbs and I'm now down to 170. The fat has come off and now I'm looking to put in hard effort for muscle gain.

I'm a member of bodybuilding.com, but I wanted to find a forum where I could speak to individuals who were more local. So, once again, hey everybody!

The apartment complex where I live has a good gym all things considering. It's free, and this is why I use it, lol. Yet, I'm thinking about joining one. Any suggestions?
