Title says it all. I remember the last time I cut au naturel I lost a lot of muscle. Do you guys even bother to cut off-cycle or just try to bulk/maintain? Cutting 10 lbs on gear, I know I cut nearly 10lbs of actual fat. Cutting without, I always feel like I lost half fat half muscle

i would try to maintain and slowly bulk as to not to gain too much fat. like during pct i would cut out all cardio and upp protein even more and throw in creatine to really hold on to muscle.

then slowly start to bulk up before hitting the gear.

I dieted from January to about June clean.
I was eating around 2000-2300 calories, at 250lbs and no strength or noticeable muscle loss. Maybe I'm just lucky. I really struggled losing fat though, I think due to my calories being so low... but at the same time my strength was high, energy was good. But I switched things up so many times, and kept hitting plateaus.

i've never tried cutting with gear... i cut last january for the first time in my life to see how i would look as i always stay relatively lean.. i used clen and cut down from 160 to 138 (i'm only 5'5 or 5'6).. i felt like i kept a lot of muscle cuz at 138lbs i was benching 290lbs... lost a bit of muscle but not that much... and all i had to do was breath out and i had a 6 pack..

currently at 175lbs which is a big jump from january.. may have to try cutting next time with some gear and see what happens

for me there is no cutting. only bulking and maintaining. but i'd guess yes.....diet, training and rest must be spot on to go natty.

I lost 80lbs in 4 months without any gear... it can be done... just train smart and diet sensibly...

No it`s not worth it! I`ve done it from the age of 18 until this summer, I`m 32 now. This year I did a cycle to retain my mass and never again without ass. I`m only gonna do 1 cycle a year, it will be a long one (20 weeks or more) during summer to keep my size and especially strength. I think if you do it that way when you go back off pct you will still able to lift heavy because you didn`t gain strength off the drugs, it was just to maintain it...

Is this a joke thread?

Am I missing something obvious here or did you just not understand what the thread was about?

Just trying to lean out a bit while natty isnt a problem but a full blown contest diet? hell no! I would lose too much muscle mass and strength, I wouldnt even attempt it but thats just me.

No this is not a Game haha.
I did diet natural Fak you lose so much muscle mass,i will never cut clean again, but then again i'm clen from being off gear, and i'm getting Fat and Weak.If it makes you fell better inside being clean, then do it.
