used to get crippling cramps. There is something else that helps, but I can't put my finger on it right now.

Taurine 1,000 - 2,000mgs/day will do the trick.

Too much water and not enough sodium will do it as well. Dont cut the salt bro unless you are drying out for a weigh in.

Shit i'm the clen man as well, taking the stuff off and on since 1991,and if you take to much to will cramp.A few thing that will help a bit when you cramp, have a banana, glass of milk, and some salty food.If you are dieting then you can't have the fruit,or milk and will need to find another source for nutrients.Again if you keep you clen intake at about 20-60mcg a day then you will keep the cramping down to a min,but if you take a Full clen pump(Vet 25mcgX4ml=100mcg) then your Fak part of taking a high Dose.

sodium is your friend. Since I upped my sodium considerably I rarely cramp at all.

As stated taurine. I take it pre and post workout and sometimes later on in the day. About 2 grams each time. Been running 120mcg of clen for a while now. The only cramping I seem to get is on the bottom of my foot.

sodium people, sodium. Taurine for additional supplementation but increased sodium should be your first line of attack.

For CLEN cramps you NEED L-TAURINE!!!! Sodium is a very small part of clen cramping.

For CLEN cramps you NEED L-TAURINE!!!! I would be surprised it your clen cramps have anything to do with sodium.

well how does one know said cramps are a direct result of clen? Usually people starting clen also increase water and since they are on clen they are trying to lean out so they think they need to watch and reduce sodium as well.

Cramping from clen can be caused by a number of issues. Electrolyte imbalance being one of them. Clen will tend tend to deplete taurine levels and It also has a slight diuretic effect thus the electrolyte imbalance. Supplementing with taurine will help alleviate this. Water intake should always be moderate to high and sodium the same. As well sugar free tonic water will also help because it is a natural source of quinine. Quinine Sulfate is a prescription medication given to patients prone to leg cramps...usually while sleeping.

Summary:
1. water intake
2. sodium
3. Taurine
4. tonic water for quick relief
