Hey guys,
I've been out of the bodybuilding loop for a couple of years now. Had no time, started my own business etc.
Just signed up for a new 24 hour gym membership @ Planet Workout in Mississauga. Love the gym as it is open 24/7 and I plan on working out late at night, 5 days a week.
Since I am just starting to get back into it, I need some advice. Mainly more than anything I need a workout routine to get me started. I plan on staying in the gym 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
My current height is 5'7"-5'8", 195-200LBS. Turning 26 in a couple of weeks.
My body fat is at 26%, would like to drop that down to 15% or less while maintaining the 190-200LBS weight.
I need a solid workout routine & diet plan.
Thanks so much in advance to anyone willing to help me out.
Cheers,
-UNDER8ED.

Welcome bro, should be a fair number of protocols in the search engine.....if not whats your diet like as of now?
My diet as of now is relatively poor.
Mainly consisting of Vector cereal in the morning, (sometimes eggs and hot dogs for breakfast), lean chicken or lamb for lunch, protein shakes for dinner. (I only have 2 -3 meals a day max)
I am trying to add fruit to the combination and will buy some creatine soon.
Still have 2 bottles of Muscletech's naNOx9 left over which I intend on taking about a month after heavy training... I am debating though, between the naNOx9 and Lukic- which of the 2 should I start using first.?.
2 years ago, when I was still in the game while trying to lean out I used 2 bottles of Hydroxucut Hardcore and was able to drop 28LBS in 2 months.
Really, all in all- I need a solid workout routine spread over 5 days a week, 2 hours a day to target all muscle groups. Need advice on what muscle groups to work out on specific days etc.
Cardio has always been my weakness... I just enjoy pumping iron more, and dieting.
no need to be in the gym 2 hours a day for your strength training. 1 hour max. cardio as you see fit. hit or a basic powerlifting routine that utilizes the 4 big lifts will do fine. Concentrate on squats, deadlifts, bench press and an overhead press ( i prefer standing overhead barbell press!). the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. I wouldnt purchase any muscletech products....expensive. all you need is clean foods like whey, chicken, oatmeal, brown rice, tuna, fruits and veggies and some beef.....bcaa's, a multi-vitamin and fish oil and you are ready to rock!

x2, eating clean and training hard is what gets results, dont worry about supplements

I agree 100%, sorry bro missed the boat on that one....I spend at most 1 hr for weight training, actually it is more like 45 minutes of hit and I am spent...hit type training will burn cals for ya big time as well so keep that in mind also
....all the best and good luck, keep us posted bro!
