Anyways, I lurked her on facebook and added her to find out she has a boyfriend (the guy is seriously hurting looking). My buddy knows this girl more than me and he told me a few months back they broke up because he cheated on her. I am normally not the type to be "that guy" you know the guy that gets between a girl and her bf. My buddy thinks I should full out ask her out and pretend I didnt know she had a boyfriend. Advice?

Not really. But I'm not a 20 year old prick anymore and understand that actions have consequences.

Put it this way, if he did go for it and I found out that he knew and knowingly tried to get between us his ass would be in the river tied down with boulders. If she breaks up with him for you what's to say she wouldn't do the same to you when something better came along? You don't know the reasons for cheating. Not that it's ever right but there could be underlying reasons behind it.
