I dont think brock has had enough fights under his belt to win, but you never know in this sport all it takes is one lucky shot or a foolish move and your finnished....I am not a big fan of wrestling entertaiment so I would like to see him ko'd...

Dude.. Lesnar has been training stand up for the past 3 years. And an athlete like him could pick things up extremely quickly. Look at his credentials, he is no slouch. The problem with Lesnar is his personality is very amateurish... like hes still with the WWE saying things like he will put his first down Mirs throat and pulling his head off and shit is really ridiculous. It makes MMA look like a bunch of ****ing street fighting convicts. I hope Mir loses cause that guy has ****ed up to many times to get a shot again. I think Lesnar is going to win, but man I would love to see his face get ****ing opened up, the dudes a child.

I say Mir will take it to the ground, even on his back if he has to. Armbar or kimura, first round.

Hmmmmm, denial ? it's ok man... i't ok to have dbouts but , it will be like nog and bob zap, ( find that) then i think lesner will bring hm to ground, ( which is is only game) and from bottom frank will get him in arm bar or triangale choke, strengh is def a factor, but i good mma man will be able to over come in... cough... rd 1

I have no idea what you just said.

Anyway, I hope Lesnar will win, but its always difficult when making the transition to a different sport. Even though brock was previously MMA.
How good was he really? at that size I presume he will get winded quickly.

Mir was an Abu Dhabi champ and a UFC heavyweight champ. Lesnars strking is embarassing (having seen him doing bag work). His takedowns will be fantastic, and he may have a decent ground and pound if he has been learning to avoid submissions.

BUT...his whole game will be on the ground. And its just a matter of time until Mir gets an arm and subs him.

Mir by Submission, round 1 or 2

I started a poll on this. I think it'll be fun to do so and make them open polls so after the win, we can see who predicted right and wrong all in the same place.

Lesnar improves his ground game he could be very dangerous. Or if he fights someone that has more his style, like Tim Slyvia it could be very interesting.

Dont look for Brock to be going anywhere or Dana not using him when he needs too. as this fight had a shit load of hype behind it and that equals money and Dana aint no dummy when it comes to promotion and money.

Actually, brock vs sylvia would be a great matchup. If Brock keeps it standing, he'll get killed, if he takes it down (if he can get sylvia down), it would make for a very interesting fight. It's too bad he had to go against a submission specialist like Mir in his first fight. Look at the fight closely and watch how Mir aborbs the shots (though doesn't want to get hit) and look how he always spiders out his legs looking for anything they can latch onto. He was always a great fighter, just very underrated.

Hey monka, we called that one right. Now go vote in my Kimbo VS Tank poll to see you'll predict that one right again :)

Dana wont pay brock that kind of money and not have him stay in this sport for a while.

Mark my words once brock learns the ground game more, watch for him to be a top fighter in this sport.
