Just curious how you guys lift while on pct, Should training change? About to come off a var t-bol cycle and wondering if i should keep lifting heavy or take it easy for a while or what. My thoughts would be to continue to push as hard as possible. Any opinions??

The way i do it is train heavy and intense but get a little more rest in if you can.. still continue to eat well too!
-Train hard/intense
-Continue to eat lots
-Rest a little more
Thats what works for me

Reduce volume but keep the weights up as much as possible...never to failure however...thus intensity will be reduced as well.

I did the same as when I was on.. just rolled with the decrease in strength.

I like to work myself into tendonitus and muscle strains instead.
