Hi everyone just thought i'd introduce myself, my name is Cara I just joined today and it seems like this is one of the best boards to be on. Im 20 yrs old, Ive played sports my whole life, but started loving being in the gym around 17 yrs old, so I am not totally new to the training aspect. Im thinking of starting a log to have some accountability and see some fat loss finally and hopefully learn some new things along the way, anyways cheers! :yeah
