when you are finished your workouts how do you feel? my self i feel nauseated and want to crawl under a rock and die, but after my post drink and shower i feel pretty damn good...

I just need a little rest .. I sit on the bench in the change room and chill for a min, then after my shower and shake I'm read to rock!

I usually feel like spewing and dizzy after leg workouts. After other workouts I feel fine.

I find its like anything that draining, (great w/o, tough cardio session) the realization that you finished strong should mentally revive you and make you feel energized for the rest of your day. The hardest part of your day should be your by your own choosing in the gym.

I feel great most of the time. Really good sense of well being.

Once in a while I do feel sick though.

I feel great right after!, it's the next day I usually feel not so great in the places I worked the day before... Robot walking today lol...
(plus I have a job where I have to sit so my workout makes me feel alive!)

When it comes to legs i feel great just knowing i dont have to squat again for a week hahaha!

i feel like shit today.. first workout in 2 weeks. :(

i usually feel pretty exhausted right after.. sometimes if its a big workout where ive really pushed myself i'll feel nauseated. i always feel like crap the next day though.. probably from the stims i have to get me through my workouts.

I usually feel tired especially after leg day. I always take a nap after training.

Lately, I've been lifting heavy for less reps. I feel tired after the workout, but great by the time I've showered and had my shake.

I'm sure everyone feels great after a workout, whether it be a tough leg day or just arms. By great they mean theyre happy with what they accomplished. You also feel like shit cause youre dead tired. Ex: Almost falling down the stairs on the way out after legs lol. Obv you dont like falling, but knowing what you accomplished makes it feel great. :)

suggestions to what?

you don't need them to train. I haven't touched a stim (other than coffee during the day or odd caffeine tab before training) in I don't know how many months and workouts haven't really suffered that much.

You guys are saying you feel tired and exhausted after legs(obviously) but doesnt that make you feel great like youve accomplished something, i relax and feel amazing after i have a crazy quad or ham day, heavy ass squats and deads kill me.... but i love it!

Agreed. Leg day usually makes me nervous because I know whats coming but afterwards while hobbling to the car I feel great.

For me leg day has always been on a day where I know I don`t have to do anything for the rest of the day. Maybe some cooking, but that`s it. In the evening, I just stay home and watch t.v. or something like that... I just took a week off and trained legs today and holy crap man, I feel beat! I swear sometimes when I wake up from my nap, I forget what day of the week it is or if it`s day or night! No joke! And usually in my split I don`t train the day after legs. So leg day floors me...

yes i do need them to train.. my energy level sucks otherwise and i have little to no motivation for my workouts. im sure its caused by something but dont know what.

im not sure what stims you think im taking here, but caffeine is pretty much the norm it seems. whatever's in No Shotgun.

id eventually like to go without caffeine altogether since its hard on the adrenals, but i need to figure out how to get my energy/motivation back before i do.
