Does anyone see a problem while with running lipo ex while im on pct? I will also be running a liver cleanser if that matters... as well i am on a keto diet.. just coming off a var/t=bol cycle..

on your cycle were you trying to gain size or were you in a calorie defecit so trying to lose fat? if you were trying to lose fat i see no problem with it. However, if you were trying to gain size then i would advice against it because you need time for your body to get use to the additional muscle before going into a state where you are trying to lose fat ( again if you were trying to gain size then the keto diet wouldnt have helped with that as you need some carbs for gaining size)

clen is recommended a lot for a pct due to its muscle preservation characteristics so that is another option

I dont know the ingredients in lipoex, I would be caeful to be sure you wont be in a catabolic state with it, because pct itself is catabolic....It is not a time to try and lose, or gain....Just try and hold what you have while normalizing your system...Personally i use this time to detoxify, i dont add in other chemicals other than detoxifiers at this time....

I was just trying to lean out a bit and add some strength.. i still have about 10 days left till pct.. i started keto a week ago...the ingridients in lipo ex are albuterol, yohimbine, caffeine and green tea extract..

although some would argue that albuteral compared to clen is useless for fat loss, which I disagree, I do find that clen and albut are different in that clen seems to give me strength but albut has never done that.

I would run clen if you could but avoid lipoex.

I was just trying to lean out a bit and add some strength.. i still have about 10 days left till pct.. i started keto a week ago...the ingridients in lipo ex are albuterol, yohimbine, caffeine and green tea extract..adding strength could happen during PCR, PCT is not going to add much value for strength gains etc......I dont even go to failure during pct, My workouts are boring during pct...During PCRecovery, you can start priming yourself with diet and exercise slowly, until the next bang..
