Hi guys.

After 2-3 years on BB.com, I found a canadian forum, and here I am. I do not speak ( or write) very well in English, thanks to "Parti Quebecois oriented school":( , so I will not write a lot, but I will understand what people will say.

I live in Montreal, been training for 4 years now. However, I didn't really train seriously in the past 4 month. I was working out of town, 12-15 hours a day. There was no gym where I lived, so I've done Push ups, abs, pull ups and bodyweight squat during the last 4 month.

What I wanted to do is a 12 weeks cycle of test-e and d-bol, but I think It would be wiser to wait to get back in shape, and then I would be ready for aas. It would be my first cycle, so any help will be appreciated. I don't have a lot of replies on bb.com forums, but I think I know the basics about steroids.

So long live to this board and thanks for reading.

David

Welcome to the site!! And i would strongly suggest you hold off on doing any AAS, just stick to effective training and a good diet for 6 months to a year then consider a cycle. At the point in time you may discover that you are progressing well enough and may choose not to use any drugs and stay natural and healthy.

Salut mon chum!! Absolutely, I agree with this 100%, when you get back into the swing of things then you can consider a 1st cycle.

Hit the AAS forum and we'll help you build a cycle according to your stats and goals, in that order.

And by the way your english and writing are impecable for a guy who says he was in a seperatist environment and was limited.

All the best man!!:D

Thanks guys.

I don't need steroids.. I will buy some muscletech crap, and I will be fine...

Just kidding. Good old creatine, protein and arginine for the next 6 month and I will get back in shape.

Now we're talking bro and do not forget the Glutamine. 15-20grams of Glutamine per day works wonders, believe me. If you need some help putting a good supplement regime together PM me bro, i'd be glad to help!!
