ok so bare with me here.....

for the past 8 weeks i have been eating at least 1 meal containing 340g Extra lean ground beef, every day.

prep method:
brown beef in pan
put beef in strainer, rinse thoroughly with hot water
rinse pan
put beef back in pan, add taco mix and water, and boil for 10-15 mins, strain again

the past 2 days i have been feeling quite nasty and sick, i attribute that to not taking a break from the gym in the last 2 months = my CNS & immune system are weak

on saturday morning, i was very sick, dry heaving with nothing in my stomach, etc..went to take a dump, looked down

there was a whole lot of grease bubbles floating in the water. a LOT of grease bubbles.

nothing of the sort for the next 2 passings, until this morning, when again

lots of grease in the toilet water.

i haven't had any beef for the last 2 days, been pounding back the protein shakes egg whites eggs and chicken

help?

My sister has it. She cannot eat anything with gluten in it. She used to be slightly overweight from it ****ing with her metabolism. Once she figured it out she dropped alot of weight and is now skinny. She also has no acne like she had before. And now since she eats no gluten if she accidently eats something with gluten she literally breaks out in a rash.

EDIT: You can only drink certain types of alcohol. It is extremely hard to eat at a restaurant (Many of them use wheat to thicken sauces even). You need to eat Rice, 100% Rye bread you can have it is hard to find, Potatoes. Alot of grocery stores are now having gluten free sections in them that carry things like gluten free cereals and shit. You can buy rice flour, rice pasta, etc.

no offense but i think its completely silly to let this go on for days and diagnosing it through bodybuilder board members. Dry heaving and problems with stool should not be taken lightly man, go into your doctor, and get some bloodwork done and get to the bottom of this.

days... more like years..

i have eliminated bread from my diet for a long time but oatmeal has been a staple, eating it 4-5 times a day. i have been experiencing lots of bloating and lethargy for around 2 years, i put it as the massive amount of food and specifically protein that was causing the discomfort.

i have alwaysn purchsed oats from bulk barn, but i was feeling lazy and bought some quaker oats from the grocery store last friday, when i start feeling super lethargic/sick and was getting a weird tingling tingling in my arms...

since swithcing to sweet potatoes for my carbs instead of oats yesterday, i feel pretty freaking great
no need to nap during the day
i dont feel hungry as often (i was getting hunger panins every 2hrs)
ive farted 1ce, instead of the usual 30+ times
also, im not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but i appear "fuller"

also i switched to ISO XP from the cheap ass costco stuff, its only a little bit more expensive & a lot less powder has to be ingested

If it is CD, then go see your doctor. If you do have CD, then it's a form of IBS. Basically, you'll have to live a gluten free diet. Gluten is found in your wheat products, so if you are diagnosed with it, then you'll have to change your whole diet.

good thing i dont eat bread... my carb sources are brown rice, sweet potatoes, and dextrose post workout... some frozen veggies too

apparently, and i heard this from a hot girl who also has IBS, oatmeal and wheat are alternated crops on farms, and that is where the contamination occurs...

Haven`t had bread in a long time myself until I found this stuff at the grocery store. It`s called ezekiel bread, no glutten here... Keeps blood sugar in check.

I believe that there could be a contamination in the oatmeal for the reason you stated but wouldn`t that be for very sensitve people? You think you`re in that range? I use the exact carb sources as you, sucks to hear you can`t have oats as they make a nice portable carb source to put in the shakes.

I was using the cheap concentrate I think you were using from costco. That stuff used 3 times a day was giving me nasty shits as well. The isolate has been more much better for me. Maybe try the isolate with the oats is you haven`t already. Or look into a different more "organic type" oat.

yes, i guess the contaminatino level varies.. thats why i was able to deal with the symptoms i was getting from the bulkbarn brand of oats.... when i switched to quaker, shit just got out of control ..literally

i am interested in ezikiel bread all the pro's eat it for bfast so it must be good to go... iull see if i can find some at the grocery store
