I used to train at a grappling club. I used to get my ass kicked by a girl. I think I had about 40 pounds on her. Mind you she was top ranked in Judo in Canada at the time.

I rolled a few times with a few Judo black belts, I always found they were a bit useless on the ground. They are taught to give their back and turtle as a rule of thumb and in most grappling, thats a no-no.
