I am a beginning natural bodybuilder and I am looking for someone who can create a meal plan for me, targeted at muscle gain.
In this connection, could someone please recommend a dietitian in Toronto who is more geared toward natural bodybuilding? I would prefer someone who has partial coverage by Green Shield and/or OHIP, but at this stage anyone would do.
Thanks in advance!

yeah your not going to find anyone of quality. Most dietitians don't have the first clue about nutrition as it relates to athletic performance.

a nutritionist wont work man, everybody is different and there bodys react differently with different foods and daily caloric intake. IMO its all trial and error and you just have to find out what works for you.

Untrue.
Hiring a sports nutritionist that specializing in bodybuilding can help you cut through the clutter or trial and error and get you on the right path a lot quicker.
People think trial and error is the way of life in this game. It's only the way of life for those who want to run in circles. Employing the knowledge of someone who has the experience and knowledge from having worked with many different clients sets you up for sucess right out of the gate.
