Any one use Lipid Stabil during cycles for cholesterol management? Dosing, I have read is around 3 per day while on gear...

Any other supplements recommended as must have's? I use, Fish oil, Protein, Mulit V regularly and add some Creatine , Expand , Super Pump 250 during part of the year.

never heard of it.

i take Fish Oil, Multis, Vit. E & C, B12 shots, MSM, GLUC & CHOND.......and whey powder....its all you need with a good diet...actually, with a good diet you can probably cut back on some of the vit's I listed!

Lipid Stabil,is made by the owner of Anabolics 2009.You can get Fish oil from any health food store.The book talks about 4 grams a day you need.
