Doctor's Appointment...

Hey guys,

Well I finished off my first cycle back in the end of May and did the proper PCT. I ended up gaining a total of about 18 pounds, and keeping approximately 15 of it, as well as lowering my bf%.

Anyway, I just had a physical at the doctor's, where I asked to get my test levels checked to make sure everything was back to normal. Anyway, he then mentioned that he wanted to ask me was I on steroids and how stupid they were to use.

I got my blood taken and he was suppose to call me with the results, but instead his assistant called me last night and said the doctor wanted a follow up, to discuss my blood test. Should I be worried? I was going to start another cycle, should I wait for the my next appointment?

Cliffs:

Doctor told me his disagreement with roids
Called yesterday to book an appointment to "discuss results", without giving me them
Should I be worried? Should I wait for my next appointment, before I begin my next cycle?

Ya..whats he going to do throw you in jail....the worst thing he is going to do is say your test levels are way to high, you must have been using juice .....and they will eventually go down on there own. Tell him you were taking a supplement that was banned in Canada....andro something or another by Museltech :)

Chances are he'l use your blood results to try and scare you.. mine did, even though they were fine.

Did you have to pay for your blood work or did they just do the free panel?

When he's done telling you you're going to die because you used steroids, ask him for a copy of the bloodwork. Then post the results on here, or do your own research to see what the acceptable levels are and see how you're doing.

I think thats exactly what he'll try to do, use my tests results to make scare me.

I was getting blood work down anyway, so he did checked my test levels for free.

I already found a whole article on what my test levels should be, but I think hes going to keep my results until my next visit (End of August).

I guess I could delay my next cycle until then...

Unless he paid for it personally he didn't do the full panel as it would have cost $60-80 at the clinic where you got your blood work done.

They do that when they find something, test low, cholesterol is high, liver count out. How old are you. If your a young pup Im sure you will get a lecture on steroid use at your age. And as far as the girls go....list me

Tel him to put you on TRT so you can avoid using UG's all together

If you got the hiv and I prey you don't.

But people who contract the big A get test anodrol and lots of other fun stuff

its probably your cholesterol.....get some wheat bran and add it to everything.....up the omega 3 dose and do some cardio.....

He called you because something was wrong; otherwise they don't.

And for the record, they can't test for HIV unless you give explicit consent.

If your doctor office calls you to come back in for a follow up appointment from your tests done, its because something was abnormal about them. Doesn't have to be life and death. They also DO NOT discuss test results for anything over the phone, weather its very minor or very serious. So don't get your posing trunks in a bunch and relax. Just go for your test results and thats it. No reason to over think it and get all antsy in your pantsy. They aren't going to bust you for taking anabolics for christ sakes lol. Thats not what doctors are for man and they don't go out of their way to put you in the slammer for taking anabolics. If that were so I'd have alot of buddies including myself in the clinker because of getting blood work and a check up done to make sure we're ok and staying healthy. Relax and good luck!

you can always go to the lab and ask for the results.....i never go to the doc for my results....i just ask for them at the lab and they print me out a nice copy!!

Yea im not worried about the legality of the situation. I could care less about that, Im more concerned of 1. What abnormalities there were with my tests. 2. The impact that has on my upcoming cycle, as I was looking forward to it for months now. :(

Alright so the results came in, well kind of.

I have a low platelet count. How low I will find out tomorrow morning. But, shouldnt be anything to serious.

Sounds like you need to run some doctor-prescribed steroids to up that platelet count. Works every time.

LOL I read that online, but my doctor is so anti roids it isn't even funny.
Plus I already have my whole cycle planned and ready to go.

yea, there's plenty of modern thinking docs out there, sucks to be stuck with a doc who believes info from the 50's
