Typing this is tough with one finger & a half-cast mold on each wrist.

Been on a great cycle since the end of May. Attending conferences & moving my lady & her daughter into my house has kept my workouts irregular but I wanted to set a weight gain record before I turn 60 next year. For that reason I hit my workouts hard, running 800 mg Test e, 600 mg EQ, plus a spice of 200 Tren e EW. Also 5 iu of hGH ED & 500 iu of HCG 2x EW. I could not manage a massive diet but I pretty well had a protein shake going all the time until I hit 230 lbs, a 25 lb gain from the start. (I'm 6'0" with a lean ass & legs.) I look much better now @ 225 lbs in week 11 of my planned 16 weeks.

THEN it happened. It'd be funny if it weren't so sad. Cruising down the bike lane on lady's 49cc scooter after a workout (wearing only helmet, shorts, tanktop, & Tevas), I got entirely cut off by some young woman suddenly turning right with her pals apparently planning her wedding the next day. I slammed on the brakes hard enough to just let her turn but also so hard that the front brakes locked, my weight went forward & the scooter's back end went in the air, flipping over ass over teakettle. I put my hands forward, dipped my head & did ye olde forward roll — unfortunately onto broken pavement & gravel. Crowd gathered immediately & were more shocked than I was when I stood up. Bloody strawberries on my left hip and knee looked bad, but I could tell right away the big problem was in my wrists & hands.

Sure enough, bad sprains with some small bones pushed back. I'm thinking of finishing my cycle but can't lift anything at all for at least a week or more, and I fear my upper body & arm work is done for the season. (And it looks like I'll never be the concert pianist I was planning to become if only I took my first lesson.:help)

Anyway, what would you do – go another 5 weeks as planned, at least for the AAS healing properties, or quit now and begin again when all is healed?

First off, great progress! And you look great for 59, I can only hope I look that good when I get there.

Shitty ass luck on the accident though. I'm willing to bet that your going to be off the weights for a while bro. I hope I'm wrong, but those type of injuries take time to fully heal. Personally I'd drop everything accept for a low dose of test and GH and cruise until you can go full swing again.

I hope you feel better sooner rather than later.

man that is so shitty im always afraid something that has me abrupty end my cycle will go down...

i would stay on 200mg EW until the injuries got better, then come off when you are able to push real weight

Thanks for the good advice, both of you. 200 mg EW sounds like a good heal, but I think I may just have to give myself full service injects one more time tomorrow morning – Test, EQ, Tren, & maybe throw in some Mast too – just to keep the lion on the prowl for the weekend:rolleyes:.

And thanks for the good words, Da Bomb. Don't know why, but physically I'm still going strong (except for the Churchill mudflaps beginning on my face:mad:).

Just my opinion..I feel you will heal faster by staying on low doses. STop now cold turkey and the depression will set in faster. Your since of humor is great, I love it..Your new girl needs you to be a happy conversant.

Looking nice and vascular solo. nice work !!! Good to see you posting again, or trying to. Shitty luck, but things could have been worse. I agree with the rest of the posters, low dose and get at er slowly.

Feel better bro !

Well, if mood enhancement helps with healing, you have just helped me. I thank your for kind words. I'm honoured to hear from the Felinecougar. Too bad we can't share cheekflap quivers by talking together.;)

Just a footnote to say that my physiotherapist has told me there's no need to come back. She's astonished at how quickly strength has returned to my twisted wrists and even how quickly my skid mark scabs have dried & fallen off. "Amazing recovery," she said, "and not just for a man your age."

I'm not normal yet; can't do heavy curls or arm lifts, but it's nearly there.

I owe it all to not only doing her suggested flexibility exercises but also to my constant squeezing of of those little balloon sand balls, going through a few each week. Oh, and I have sneaking feeling that my heavy doses of AAS & GH had just a little to do with my "miraculous" recovery.)
