Lysine is know for its role in helping building muscle protein and especially for improving calcium absorption. Do you guys think that l-lysine tabs if consumed regularly could eventually make your bones stronger and bigger. I've done a lot of research on the subject but nothing seems to indicate that lysine could have an effect on bone density.
I really doubt it would make them bigger.

no this wont happen, bones remodel themselves based on the loads that are applied to them (with some influences from varying hormones)...

Yep 100%,so up your calcium intake,and get a little sun,or drink milk 1500 mg every day just to maintain bone density.It all boils down to Para thyroid hormones and others.
