So here goes:

Day one of 12 weeks 500 mg Test E.

I DID IT!!!! **** YA!!!

pinned for the first time 1mil Test E. Right glute. went in smooth, i hope im not tooo sore tomorrow ( i was shaking a bit... still am)

weight: 175 lbs (slightly dehydrated)

look forward to logging this over the next few weeks!

Well done and welcome.

Read spot injections again and again its good to switch your injection points. IE: ASS-QUAD-DELTS

It will get better over time the shaking part. Since your only doing it every 3.5 days with one drug its should be a simple easy cycle.

Save the anti E's for the sides but keep them on hand
and remember your PCT's

thanks. I have EVERYTHING I need. I have spent over a year reading. Nothing to it but to do it now!! and spot injections is still up in my browser behind CBB

Goodluck man...Try to log all your workouts and stuff so we can see your increase in strength...You should take some before shots so you can see what you look like after to.

2 shots aweek bro you got nothing to worry about. use lots of alcohol swabs, and enjoy the ride :D.

Yaaaaaa buddy! The first pin is a great feeling! Only gets easier! I feel like a million bucks on test, im really thinking of staying on for the long haul from now on.. Anyways keep us posted!

Use lots of alcohol swabs 90% ISO they help reduce swelling.

Regarding being sore you sure someone didn't sneak in while you were sleeping LOL JK'ing :laugh

I am eight weeks in to my first cycle, Test E threw in some var and then dbol in the beginning. Strength gain are amazing starting to level out on the weight gain, mostly replacing BF with muscle mass right now. My bench press is up to 250 now, it was at 155 but I had very low test levels. At my peak, some 20 years ago, 205 was my best.

Worked out chest today, went well. ( I will get into more detail next week, I am moving on saterday and dont have the time)

Glute is a bit sore today, more than this morning but still not a big deal

All settled in to the new apartment. Training has been going well. Weight is up, hovering around 187, I have been eating like a horse. If anything I would say I have gotten a bit leaner in the last two weeks. All in all I feel great. I have noticed a slight increase in sex drive and feel a bit more "edgy" when around large crowds (I hated crowds to begin with so not sure about that one, could be in my head) I cant wait for this stuff to kick in full strength.

So my brother coaches football at the high school in town. He asked me to come and work out with them two days a week. They have been having trouble getting the kids into their workouts. (Intensity is a tough thing to teach to 14-17 year olds) I have been going for a month or so and the kids are starting to get to know me. Well I had a particularly large shake before leaving my house today, after warming up deadlifts I said to one of the coaches, "I think I might just puke today." I could tell he was excited and said that he thought that would be awesome. I proceed to absolutely kill my back workout and about half way though walked over to the garbage can and just let it fly!:D:D

Wow just stepped on the scale: 192lb. Sex drive i way WAY up, I'm loving it, so is my wife. Strength is up too, 20 lbs on my bench, pull ups are way easier. All my lifts are up, I'm setting new personal bests everyday. I have to be conscious not to let the weights get away from me, I am focusing on good form and intensity. I really don't want to hurt myself.

I have some mild acne on my neck, I have never had the best skin so i am not too worried about it. My nipples were sensitive and a bit itchy about a week ago I took some Nolva and that went away, it hasn't been a problem since.

Sorry guys I have been lazy with the log. Cycle has been going really well, no sides, for the most part I feel great. Still sitting right around 195 but have gotten leaner. I need to find a way to get more food in my body! I eat until I feel sick and the scale stays the same. Before my cycle I could bench 205 twice (I have a rotator cuff injury that holds my shoulder and pec strength back), last week i got it 4 times and this week 6.

good work bro, sounds positive. Eat like a pig or drink like a pig (mass shakes and so on) it would be your diet i'm guessing as to the reason your weight's not going up bro eat and grow ;)

Meal 1 (6:30 am) 6 whole eggs, 1 cup (measure raw) oats, apple (in the oats)

Meal 2 (10 am) 1 large chicken breast, 2 cups whole wheat pasta with mushroom soup, whey protein shake(2 scoops), apple, 1/2 cup roasted broccoli

Meal 3 (1 pm) 1 1/2 large chicken breasts, 2 cups whole wheat pasta with mushroom soup,, banana , 1/2 cup roasted broccoli

Meal 4 (4:30pm) Mass shake (2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats, 2 heaping table spoons peanut butter, 1 banana, fill the blender with whole milk)

Meal 5 (7pm) Post workout meal: 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops waxy maize

Meal 6 (8pm) 2 med size steaks (something leanish) 2 cups brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower.



meal 2 and 3 largely depend on what i ate for dinner the night before. I know that 1 cup of oats isnt that much but it is all i can seem to get down

Wheres the fats? All you got are the eggs and thats only if there omega three eggs. Toss in some olive oil, peanut butter, etc. that will help right there. Try adding some more dense foods like nuts or cheese

i cook everything in olive oil or coconut oil, I forgot to mention that i do eat things like trail mix through out the day.

Very smart move. Educating yourself is a big +++ in this sport or any sport before taking things to the next level or higher. Glad to see u mentioned tht you have taken the time to become educated instead of just jumping into things and screwing it all up. Keep us posted for sure

Im proud I just got called "that big guy" at the bar. I had to leave, too depressing being there not drinking. I was fine when I was dancing but we went up stairs to sit down and everyone was looking at me wrong. lol we had to leave

A buddy from high school came over to me at the gym today and said, "Are you training for something?" I said no. he looked puzzled and said, "Well why do you lift so much weight then?" I just chuckled and said, "cuze I want to be a freak." LOL I was so proud.
