I'm sorry bro. That sucks.

I just put my head down and train even harder

I remember my past issues and I really put them to rest at the gym

I love training angry

I have to remember is we all have choices and there is nothing I or anyone cold have done to change the outcome.

I can't be affected by what I can not control. We can only control our selves and that's tough at the best of times.

We must remember our feelings are ours and ours alone We control how we feel about things no one else.

The only way we can be hurt or set back by an outside source is If we let it

then it becomes our fault ..

Addiction is an disease of the mind a terminal mental illness and if not controled

Addiction will kill anyone suffering from this terrible illness

Addiction is a disease of feelings so anyone suffering must learn to recognize the symptoms and seek out help if they want to recover

MAY YOU ALL BE WELL ANOTHER DAY

PEACE

i am sorry for your loss....Addiction sucks, its funny, CC and i were just having this discussion last night...I have a couple of friends in the same boat...It turns them from great people into a mess i cant be around...Lies, denial and just plain lack of morals all around...I do not like seeing this as i went through it many yrs ago and had to wrestle a loaded firearm from my best friend after his father called me for help....It was a sad day, but he fully recovered luckily, it doesnt always turn out that way...
Keep your head up bro.....

But what if there is a pill to get rid of addiction, then people get addicted to the pill that gets rid of addiction.

there is a cure: will power.

Some should try and find some.

will power is good....yes.....some are predisposed to this condition....and some have not had shelterd lives and lived a ****ed up existence since day 1, so education is a very key component in this regard, plus a good kick in the ass...I DO feel for some and their upbringing and lack of good judgement...It is scary to witness a good person go down...

People that do things like coke or meth or anything else like that are retarded for trying it in the first place.

im sorry bro, but will power is not a cure. there is no cure. Livehard said it right, addiction is a disease of feelings, anyone suffering must be willing to seek help and recognize the symptoms if they want to recover. It is a life long process

will power to stay away from such things in the first place.

If ones stupidy leads them down a road which EVERYONE already knows is a bad road to begin with then ****'em. I feel bad for the family and friends which have to watch but in the end the person is getting what they deserve for being stupid in the first place. That is unless they can't figure out how to correct their wrongs.

I agree !!

But sometimes that will power destroys the mind even more.

People who suffer from addiction use drugs-alcohol-sex-gambling-shopping to suppress there feelings.

So the more they suppress the pain with will power the greater the chance of death comes with every relapse.

Maybe will power got them there in the first place.

Lying to the world / there friends / family / faking there way through life just to fit in then finial they snap !!

Agreed again

But do you know why the addict likes to risk and harm his or her selves ??

Do you know what part of the brain addiction lies in.

The addict is allways looking foer a rush instant gradification. Anyway he or she can get it.

Most people don't relize your born with addiction. It lies in wait for some event to set it free

proven medical facts

Firstly, I am sorry to ever someone losing a friend, family member to this type of problem. Secondly, a close friend struggled with a cocaine/alcohol problem for years I will admit its hard sometimes to see how bad its really getting. It was not a lifestyle I wanted to be around. He got clean AA/NA now works with teens struggling with addictions of their own. I can't tell you how proud I am of him. Over 2 years clean.
