i was just curious if its possible for someone dedicated enough to turn ifbb pro in this day in age without HGH or insulin or igf-1 etc while only sticking with regular AAS and diet/supps or is it a must.

sure we can say anything is possible.. but the fact is that anybody in any sport the best of the best will do whatever it takes to become the best.. so if they can do something that will help them even just a little bit why would they not do it..

You could also turn pro with only Test, but since everyone is using anything and everything they can (along with brutal workouts and perfect nutrition...) it is very unlikely that you or anyone could beat everyone else without the same tools they are using.

Your handicapping yourself by not using the same equipment as your rival contestants, like bringing a knife to a gun fight. Everyone goes that extra mile to turn pro, some will devote their entire lives to it and will never achieve they're goals. You would have to go give even more then them. Is it possible?

personally I think if you have awesome genetics, you bet, if you don't have awesome genetics, you are gonna need ever tool and trick you can get.

no,
if you had asked this question earlyer i would have said maybe or yes but after reading an artical on rx about how much and what types of gear pros are actualy using to get to the size they are at .. i say no.

I've seen it many times. Also, the insulin thing is WAY overhyped. There are lots of Pros who don't use any and never have. Talk to Chris Aceto, he has worked with many of them. Truth. Everyone likes to point at the extreme case, but there are lots of guys who aren't doing that stuff.

Remember Mike Francois? Complete FREAK of nature, more than most people will ever know or believe.

It is impossible this day in age, my opinion, to compete with the big boys/girls you must use all avenues.

i take this back. i do belive that it is possible for a bodybuilder to turn pro without the use of GH or slin BUT i think in order to compete side by side on the olympian stage with the guys who are steping on stage right now they would place very low.. if making it that far in the first place.. only because of the fact that these guys are huge and have genetics on there side to start with.
