Anyone here use those when having stuff delivered? I looked into getting one a while back but they said you need picture ID to get one. To me that kinda defeats the purpose since anything sent to that address can be traced back to you anyway.

if you get gear sent to you, you will likely not see any charges in event of seizure.
Of course, you need to be smart. No Credit Cards. Send $ WU with fake name. Internet access for order has been done from IP addy that is not yours, and is not at your delivery addy.
How can you control what people send you? You can't, and therefore will not be charged.
BUT......if you order a shit load of gear, and customs find it, they may decide you're a dealer, and RCMP will set up a controlled delivery, and pull warrants for you internet account, email, etc. Then, you may be ****ed.

To be 99% safe:

Order from internet source, however do not access your "anonymous" email from any IP that is associated with you. This IP should also not be used to access anything that can be associated with you. If the RCMP get a warrant for the "anonymous" email, they will get IP's used to access it, when, where, etc. They will get all email messages, and even deleted messages. They will be able to pull bank and credit card records too. So, a $1000 cash withdrawal the day a MTCN # for $1000 was sent to so and so in Europe will not look good.

Use WU, and send $ using a fake name. Remember you will be filmed at the WU branch, so wear a hat, and try not to look up.

Do not use that email again.

Order smaller amounts. Under $1000 for sure, and IMO avoid powder.

If you're worried, and think something is up, do not open package. Write "return to sender" on it with a sharpie, and put it on your kitchen table and wait. If you get roasted, ignorance is bliss, as long as you didn't get pinched due to internet being compromised. Oh, and no statements....Nothing, tell them you're scared and want a lawyer.

In my experience, the chances of getting through customs are about 1 in 10. It's a waste of time and money of you ask me.
