Hey everyone... I'm going to try and be completely descriptive as possible and make sure I don't leave out any information as to it will make it easier for me to achieve the help I need.

I am a 21 year old Male, 6'6 feet tall and about 205 pounds.

About 16 monthes ago I began a diet which consisted of about 1 hour of cardio a couple times a week while counting calories.... In about 3-4 monthes a dropped a solid 45 pounds

I stopped doing for about a year after that and started eating horrible food but was lucky only to gain a couple pounds (maybe 10 pounds max)

So I began eating super healthy and clean and made sure I did research on what I needed to eat for my body to get all the nutrients and everything it needed. So I started a new diet about 3 monthes ago and at the same time began lifting weights almost everyday same with cardio after weightlifting for about 30 minutes.

My regular day when I workout comes to about 2000 calories in total. 200 grams of protein (I take about 5-6 scoops of Whey Protein)forsure and all the healthy fats I get come from peanuts, Extra lean beef and other sources that are definitely healthy (i made sure of it) I also take Multi Vit's everyday and on top of that I take Fish Oil.

Since starting my diet I have lost a total of 25 pounds and achieved some pretty nice results.

Here are pics of my build

I believe i have a decent amount of muscle for how long I have been working out but alot of unwanted fat that is taking its time and wants to hang around.

I did my research on Anavar and saw that its good for a fat loss diet (which i am currently on) and was thinking of adding it to my diet (prob start of at 30mg for a week then bring it up to 50 for the rest of the cycle) for about 50 days or so

Now I also heard that its good to do it if you have a low body fat...

So this being said and all the info I have given... Should I add it to my regiment and try it out?

Or is my body fat to high to even consider trying this stuff...?

In NO WAY am I looking for the easy way out or a "get skinny quick" pill... I am serious about working out and have been for the last 3 monthes and plan on sticking to this diet this time around for years to come and want to achieve the greatest results my body and my mind can achieve and would appreciate the help along the way.

Anyways Im glad to be a part of this board and hopefully some of you guys will help me out

I would love to give you advice about what you asked, but judging by your pictures and build, you can achieve a lot more without touching anabolics, and if I were you, that's what I'd do. That being said, if you're asking you're probably set.. Don't need to start at 30mg. 50mg/d will be a good start, and I HIGHLY suggest, at least a small dose of testosterone to support your cycle 300mg/w would be okay

All I can say is "Patience Grasshopper" keep eating and lifting. Take a look at the nutrition/diet section and worst case scenario post your diet and let everyone here critique your meals to maximize gains. A vast amount of knowledge on this board. 3 months of training and you want to go on AAS, should be more like 3 years.

yeaaaaaaaah :(

so im guessing its a bad idea then.... but why is it a bad idea to take steroids?...

I mean its a low dosage and stuff... I'd rather find out now then when its too late

Is it because my muscles are to small or?... I really just want to know why its frowned upon to take them with only 3 monthes under my belt

Steroids are taken in cycle. If you can't gain weight with your current physique, if you haven't learned how to do it naturally, you'll lose all what you've gained when you end your cycle. This will send you back to square one, where all you'll do is take more steroids. Basically, your physique will be dependent on steroids use, therefore risks of you screwing up your system by using them is very high

When you take steroids it`s an icing on the cake type of thing. It`s when you know what kind of training, diet and supplements works for you. So in 3 months it`s very unlikely you know these things by now, lol. You`re still at a level when you can easily progress without them. Why play the wild card when you`re holing a pair of 4`s in your hand? Wait until you have a strong hand, then play the wild card...

Wanting to take steroids now is like wanting to be a world record holder in the 100m when you`re still learning how to crawl is the best example I can give you why it`s frowned upon.

Cool, glad you see it that way. Check out the nutrition and training threads, I`m sure they will help you out. Dosen`t mean you can`t start reading about steroids. I read about them for years and years before trying them.

I've read many place that will tell you only to take steroids after 5 years of training!

Also, for your goal, natural training will help you the most. As you start training, you'll put on some muscle mass and then add density to the muscle. After you've done that (which you will easily do naturally your first year and especially at your age) your muscles will need more energy (calories) to function in your normal daily routine. Almost without trying you should lose weight.

A friend of mine was always the fatter kid and a year and a half into weight training he lost all his excess weight. He barely even ran much at the gym. Nutrition plays a big role too. Eating and digesting celery uses more calories than you get from eating the celery.

There is no point jumping the gun on something like this, i don't think it'd speed up the process for the amount of possible sides, and $$ amount.

LOL. That says it all right there. Can anyone say "JKurtz"???? or whatever his name was???

Just stick to getting a natural base. Try to max that out first. You have a ways to go yet...
