Looks like a rash/allergic reaction.. but one can never be too sure, if it gets worse get it checked out! For something like that, draw around it with a marker and see if it spreads..

I've had something like that before and it turned out to be fine. It's actually really unnerving. On one hand, it could be an infection but on the other it could just be an allergic reaction. So you sit there contemplating going to the clinic and having to explain yourself or just ride it out =/

i get the exact same thing all the time from anything thats too high in alcohol %. Dont get a sterile infection confused with a dangerous infection. This looks like a sterile infection : ie your body doesnt like the compound and is trying ot get it out. with heat etc.

Push down on the main spot of the infection. if your skin stays down then its filled with puss and go c ure doc for some anti biotics if it goes back up rite away or its hard. then its your body rejectign the oil and just heat it up with some pads.. take some advil.. wait it out.

Look this is just my personal experience.. dont take what i say as god's word.. just sayin it looks norm to me.

That`s the type of color I had on my side delt that went all the way down to my elbow when I had my infection. The area felt stiff and could feel fluid where the shot was done. I waited a week, it wasen`t getting better, got some keeflex and it fixed it.

wow your body didnt like that shot. Id stay away from that product. If the red keeps growing, your going to have to go to a doc. If it has stopped and shrinks, your ok. Constantly monitor your temp, a fever is a bad sign.

well i went to doc yesterday

sure as shit its an infection..... 500mg keflex 4 times daily.

Doc went through everythgin i did for my inject prcedure.... said that was likily more oil then i shoucl have put in a tricep but did not account for the infection.

so either the needle have to have microbs in packaging or the vial was unstrile inside....cause i did swab teh top

You should take antibiotics as prescribed; the drugs aren't a miracle. They won't get rid of a huge bacterial infection in less than a day.

its been a few days.... and i talked to the pharmacist abotu it .... he said that every 4 hours is fine..... just means i gotta get up in middle fo the night and take a pill to keep levels constant.

either way docs instructions were heat+redness+swelling = infection

Well, far be it from me to dispute a doctors diagnosis, but this is a common thing with frequent injections.... it would have gone away in a week or so... better safe than sorry, though... and I highly doubt you need to get up during the night to take an AB...

A doc will err on the side of caution and wouldnt send someone home with symptoms of an infection, whether or not his body would clear it up by itself. Many of us have had these symptoms, and have let our body heal itself. However, many of us have tried to let the body heal and ended up needing to drain a huge abcess. Your call. Id go for the anitbiotics if it were more than a few days of GROWING symptoms.

If this IS an infection, and I still dont believe it to be, any further injections wouldnt be prudent, so I would stockpile anything you had planned for this cycle and start up in a couple of months, like you said...

Thanks for the kind words bro.... Keflex seems to be working well.... but not being able to train till it clears is driving me mad!

now u were saying abotu scraping pct cause keflex is catabolic??? i havent had to research anti b much as until now i had no use for them.... but i am feeling super supressed HEPTA wise man.

not to hijack the thread or any thing but i have the exact same problem right now. I shot 1.5 ml of prop into one of my tri's. Redness heat and soreness appeared much below the shot the very next day. I went ahead and shot the same amount on my quad today. No issues so far. I think i might have hit a nerve or something the last time. It could also be that i injected too much. I will wait it out a week and see.

dude in a day or two you will start to feel a hard lump or series of lumps if it is an infection.... i actually had an abcess that was shaped like a tube in the lateral head of my tricep

as the infection breaks up my tri feels like a cheese grater!

i think i may just coast on low dose test fro right now (starting afte abcess is 100% gone) feeling very surpessed and no PCT stuff on hand.....

ill just coast low dose till next cycle i think.... or perhaps run some PCT when i have the cash to spedn on it

After I pinned back in the beginning of my last cycle I started with my quad. Alittle redness, little swelling, really sore. Thought I hit a nerve or something. Tried my delt a week later as my quad was still sore but getting better. My delt swelled up and turned red and became really sore. It was soft and mushy and when I tried to contract and flexed that muscle group I got nothing.

So stupid me figured well let's try the backside since this is the recommended best place. Same thing as my delt. Well I started getting paranoid and finally told a friend of mine at his gym in the back office. He asked me if there was any heat, he said if there's any heat with the redness and the soreness then it's definitely an infection. Lucky me there was no heat and I healed up nicely without having to see a doctor.

I believe this was caused by very high percentage of Benzyl Alcohol used and not the Cotton Seed oil with this bottle of Test E. In my head I was all messed up and stressing like crazy. I stopped immediately even though the bottle wasn't finished and two other bottles on the same stuff remain on the shelf.

i had a similiar thing when i first started my very first cycle. the area would swell up, really red and take like a week or more to get better. it was a reaction to the EO and also high concentation of testosterone. it gets easier with time as your body gets used to it.

it also looks like you could have missed the muscle. i did that once in my quads and that shit wasnt pretty. it looked like a big baloon filled with water sitting underneath my skin all around my knee cap.

if it starts to get really hot, or if you start to feel like a lump/ ball inside of it then i would def get some antibiotics.

I've had that before. Its from not switching sites enough or putting the gear in too fast and it leaks out of the muscle and goes down the arm under the skin causing inflammation and redness.
