Hi everyone, Spent a little time researching this ? on google and on some american bb sites, couldnt get an answer.

So how can you tell is your IGF is working? This is my third time using igf, first was chinese, then american and now canadian.
Im using AAS now too so its making it more difficult to tell if its working as im getting gains from the gear im on.

So is there any kind of side effects i should notice that wouldnt be the same as gear side effects?

i did notice using the chinese that after inj if i didnt eat right away i would feel sick. the feeling sick went away as soon as i got home and ate.
This only happened twice if i remember correctly so i didnt assume at the time that it was the igf.

So if anyone can try and give me an answer using their igf exp that would be great.

not sure if this is what you're looking for or not. But while I'm on IGF-1, by about the end of the first week I start to get crazy pumps during my workouts, and notice at least a little more vascularity than normal. I run IGF-1 during my PCT now, and feel like I keep my gains better when i include it in PCT. This is all personal experience though. Take it how you will :)

Ultimately if you can't tell a difference between gear alone and gear + IGF, why use it?

I always woke up in the morning pumped and full on IGF-1LR3...i definitely noticed the difference when on IGF-1 even while on AAS... I think this is due to IGF-1LR3's ability to increase glycogen retention in muscle....

The pumps are obvious...when I'm using IGF I am in agony in the lower back just from leaning towards the mirror to shave.
