dude you got a few people who are in prep now or just recently finished prep. Your level of hunger pales in comparison lol

But for me I *kinda* enjoy it. It lets me know mentally I am on the right track. I'm doing keto for my prep right now with Praetorian and as of right now I experience very little hunger (thank you ketosis) but I know that will change once cardio ramps up more and when he starts stripping foods from my diet.

Question 1: How would you know my level of hunger?
Question 2: Do you not read my log?

1) because a prep hunger is vastly different from someone just dieting to drop some bodyfat to look better.

2) what does reading your log have to do with anything?

edit: no disrespect intended with "dude you got a few people who are in prep now or just recently finished prep. Your level of hunger pales in comparison lol". Just putting it into perspective the difference in hunger levels for people who diet to look better and those who diet for a contest. It's all good :)

I am most likely following a pretty similar diet as yourself plus I am now doing cardio 2X a day.

Without the veggies, I would definitely have cheated everyday. I think for the competitors and experienced lifters who have dieted before, they already know how to blunt their hunger or work around it. But for us beginners its a challenge by itself, and that doesn't include how miserable you feel doing cardio:(

Im gonna have to agree with big nate, ive been down to competing body fat levels, and the hunger is more frequent and more intense then when your sitting at 10% for example.. you feel like a ****ing zombie lol, i held that condition for almost 2 weeks and i HAD to gain weight
