I've never done AAS, but enjoy resaerching it, so my experience is zip. But what i've been finding is that people get so paranoid over possible gyno, hairloss, fake AAS, water weight, etc. Like gyno after first shot.

Wouldn't it be super helpful if people just took really good photos or good record keeping of themselves to document changes. I mean photos in good light(none of those dark room single lamp, shadowy pictures that make your muscles look big). Example - close ups of your nipples from different angles (may be with a ruler), picture of a square inch of your scalp so you can do a hair count, buy a body fat clipper, measure yourself from head to toe plus a set of measurements near molds and birth marks, etc.

I would probabily record everything even how long it takes me to jerk off.....ok may be not that far.....lol

Anyways, wondering how many of you took detailed records and photos of yourself before your first cycle, and did you find it helpful or motivating to do so? Or is that totally over board?

It may be helpful but if it's gyno you're worried about, don't worry, you'll feel it. Your nipples become super sensitive. Like needles in them. Even the rubbing on a tshirt makes them hurt. If you would feel something similar, then nolva to stop it and some anti aromatese to keep it off. You won't know how sensitive you are to gyno until your first cycle. Some guys can do a gram of test with no anti's and get no gyno. Other guys look at a test bottle and their nipples hurt.

I think most users are a little self-conscious so that would not help them. The second a measurement is a mm out or a little puffiness is detected, they might spaz and over react. At least with just using our eyes we don't notice the micro changes instantly and overreact.
