Currently taking:

Test E @ 600mg/wk (4 weeks in) 12wk cycle
Anavar @ 40mg/everyday (3 days in) 8wk cycle
aromasin at 12.5mg/eod

I haven't had much of an improvement in pumps, size or strength as I had hoped for. I just had two questions I would like your opinions on.

Should I wait a little longer to feel the test kick in? or
Boost the Anavar dose up?

How far in are you? Both Test E and Var take a couple weeks to fully kick in.

Before considering upping dosage look for loose links in the chain.. how is your diet?

Diet is good, I've made good natural gains for about 5yrs, until i hit a plateau for about a year.

I said how long i'm into them,
4 weeks test
3 days var.

I've read that 3 to 4wks is when most people feel the kick in.
I think var is like a day or two. correct me if i'm wrong.

600mg of Test is plenty to grow off. Assuming your stuff is good, if you're not growing on that, then your diet/training is off.

Give it another week or two, you should FEEL something.

4 weeks in is too early to expect changes either way.. can you post your current diet?

Throw some dbol in, that will get you going in a few days.

x2, how many cals you taking in? On just 500mgs and 2000 cals I still notice pumps/weight gain/strength.. Dose isnt the problem

I always feel test kick in after 2 weeks at the most, usually sooner. Yout should nitice some strength gains and muscle fullness by now.

Orals 3 days you wont notice anything with Anavar yet its going to take longer than a few days to feel that, its not like real Anadrol where its pretty much instant.

a friend is VARand said he likes it best at around week 4 !!
he is also taking 100mg a day!

as far as the test weeks 4-5 you should see improvment
yet by now id feel harder and alil fuller!

wasnt till about week 4 i started making crazy strength gains from var... no test for me though..

The muscle does feel quite a bit more dense, I kinda thought it was just tight from pushing more than usual. I look a little thicker too but strength gains havent been boosted...

I wasn't too worried about my test dose, but I thought the anavar kicks in quick that's why I didn't think I was taking enough.

I've read some people taking as much as 200mg (on this board haha) So I was just thinking I should boost it from 40mg to like 60 or 80.

I also go swim lanes for an hour 4 times a week not sure if that makes it like over training or not?

Diet, I know it's not the greatest, but time to prep food is tight. I get all free beef from my grandma's farm. I was eating so much of it, she thought i was giving it away. I took a picture to show her how much I eat cause she thinks I spend too much money on food. haha

Typical Morning
Bacon and eggs and toast
Eggs and oatmeal
Cereal an eggs
Anything else that's laying around the house.

Snack and suppliments
nuts
protein bar and ocassionally salad
Supps
-Saw palmetto (hair)
-Fish Oils (omega 3-6-9)(skin,cholesterol)
-Vit E (skin, scars)
-Glucosamine (Joints)
-Liv 52
-Vit B complex
-Multivitamin
-var

Train then
-Creatine during/before work-out
-Two serving protein shake with a teaspoon of Branched Chain amino acids
-Snap peas or cucumber sometimes cooked aspargus
-If I'm not too full from shake i'll eat:
Salmon, chicken breast or steak.
Typically I'll cook two of each, and eat either one before work or both during work.
(I work 10 hour night shifts)

Snack again first (coffee break)
Meal as above if I haven't eaten yet.
or just canned salmon and a whole cucumber and some watermelon, berries or cherries.
(I crave alot of water at work)
Hard boiled eggs. I take 4 and usually end up eating them throughout the day (i cook em in the same water as the aspargus haha)
Spinach dip with that bread or Ice cream sandwich

Second coffee
just random snacks sometimes even the meal I have made for supper.
Protein bar if I didn't have one during the day
Usually whatever i'm craving at the time. Oatmeal and granola bars usually.
Banana or/and avacado

Supper
Usually: Steak, 1/2 Roast, chili, spagetti with meat sause, Macorroni and cheese mixxed with meat sause, burritos chicken or g.b., Seasoned Chicken breast, salmon steak or other fish, or pork tenderloin.
Greens: I've been on a mad asparagus bing (Costco :)) or spinach cucumber and snap pea salad, or ceasar salad
Carbs: mini potatoes, sweet potatoes, cooked carrots, peas, string beans.
A few times i've eaten most of my supper during coffee breaks and end up having to drive to tim hortons or subway. :|

Last coffee
Frozen things from home ie:
Taquitos, breaded chicken, favorite is hard boiled eggs

I try to avoid it but sometimes when i get home i have a bowl of cereal or cook or heat up some left overs from the fridge.

i have yet to run var but alot of people i know love it from around 80-100mgs
but money comes into play! the shit aint cheap running that dose

if you could up it without hurting your wallet getr done! but i know fellas who have ran var at 40 for 15 weeks or so and enjoy it!

Yeah I know. It's all natural beef too, no herbicides or pesticides, and it doesn't contain any steroids like all that grocery store beef ;)

I did get little lumps under the nips and puffiness. I'm only taking the aromasin at 12.5g every otherday, which seems lower than most.
