heart burn?

Can someone describe what this feels like?

Have what feels like something sitting in my throat for a day or so now yet I know the passage way is clear.

your throat burns or lower into your esophagus ...some people don't actually feel the pain in there chest at all. I've self diagnosed with Laryngopharyngeal Reflux. Burning in my throat all the time. I tried acid reducers to no avail. Squatting aggravated it. I've lost a bunch of body fat and it seems to have helped, but still get it from time to time. Feels like a knot in my throat that I can't clear.

Caffeine can aggravate it, but its all kinda random as some days are worse than others, and genetics can play a large role. My dad has it, and so did his. Hiatal hernia can be a contributor.

i had the same damn thing, i dont know what it was but it started about 5 weeks into my diet and lasted for about a week, then stopped, and started again a few weeks later and now has not re-occurred....I was going to go to the doc, because it felt like something was out of place above the U part in my clacicles and below my adams apple...It hasnt happened again....

phewh... man you had me scared there for a moment, i occasional experience the same symptoms, not sure if i did when i went on keto tho... i thought you were gonna say lymph node issues/ god forbid cancer

Could also be a hiatal hernia.

speaking of heartburn my brother inlaw thought he had heartburn for a few days persistant it was, He was getting lethargic after a couple days...He goes to the doc ,doc sends him to hospital for test..next thing you know he's in the OR getting 2 shunts put in.... A good friend of mine R.I.P thought he had heartburn he was pounding back the tums and pepto, few weeks later heart attack ...If your "heartburn" concerns you and it lasting days go see a doctor
