make all your compound movements stupid heavy, for me I go in around the 6-8 reps 4-5 sets, my back has always been my strongest body part and I'm convinced it's from all of the aforementioned! good luck, hit it hard!

Hey Houston,

If you cant do deads, im guessing back injury? Bent over rows might be out of the question too... so close grip cable rows and wide chest supported T-bar rows do the trick. They have for me when my lower back was out...

Chest supported rows / dumbbell rows / bent over rows

I cant do heavy deads because of injury so i sometimes superset these compound movements with light deads 12-15 reps

Yates style Barbell Rows,i can only use a 25 plate on each side, and you pull the bar up to your low pec, very hard,so you need to use very little weight and hold the bar at your chest level for 2-3 second, feel the burn in the lower Traps.BTW i have the odd lower back injury flare up,and this if fine for my back.
The total weight is 2x25 pound plates, plus the bar 45 pounds=95 pounds in total. You should be able to train with this weight give it a shot.
