So i was eating a grapefruit cup and I remembered that you are supposed to avoid eating grapefruit if taking Viagra (Sildenafil CITRATE). Nolvadex is Tamoxifen CITRATE, so out of curiosity I searched it up.
One site says avoid it, but i'm not sure if it increased or decreases its activity?

Ever heard of this warning aside from viagra?

I've seen 'Do not take with Grapefruit' stickers on the sides of some prescription bottles for pills, not exactly sure why though.

Citrate is just what a lot of drugs are synthesized with either in the salt form (potassium citrate) or an ester form. You can't make a pill out of just potassium as it's an ion so it's bonded to the base form of citric acid so it can be made.
It's generally inert and will have no effect unless you have a very specific TCA metabolic disorder.
CLIFF NOTES: You are fine to eat your fruit :)
