Just a heads up on Body Fortress Protein powder from Wal-mart, I was almost out of protein and in need so i thought i would give it a try, was at wal-mart, and the price seemed right so i thought what the heck. I had one serving had to force it down, and afterwards it felt like i had mild heartburn and didnt feel soo well. Next day returned it and almost had to fight them to get my money back because it was open.
