I know a few sources that can't get back on. It's been day 4 or something like that.

This is what I get...

We are sorry!
A major breakdown affected some accounts. After a blackout period, those accounts came back with backdated content.
We are now retrieving data using the disaster recovery system and hope to be able to get back all the missing data.
Once we finish installing data to Premium accounts, we will be able to attend to special request and questions.

Anyone else???

Apparently they had a crash and they're fixing accounts slowly (starting with paying ones)
