Lets say I wanted to get ECA but fill my own capsules with it so instead of taking like 5 pills 3 times a day i just needed to take like 3 capsules. Could I crush up all the pills if would have to do the math on how many etc. Then how would I mix this so that all the powders resulting were mixed evenly (ie. so one capsule did not contain like 80mg of ephedrine) and if I needed a filling agent what could I use?

I would think the tricky part on that would be knowing exactly how much filler to put in order for each capsule in the end to have precisely the amount of the E,C, and A that you would have had by just taking the pills on their own.

I'd just take the 5 pills 3 times per day.

Right well there has to be a way of mixing different powders so they are evenly distributed. Also it would not be that tricky to figure out how much filler.

I could be way off the mark but couldn't you crush up each type of pills together weigh them on scale and divide by the number of pills you want.
Gees reading this is really horrible. Lets try this. Say you had to take 10 ephderine (For example) for a daily dose and you only wanted to take it in 2 doses. Couldn't you crush them up weigh them and then divide it by two? Like I said i'm brand new at this whole thing and this could be wrong but it makes sence to me. Well sorta anyway. Then again taking 5 ephedrine at once could be ODing. I think anyway. I'm still at the really new stage of working out and reading alot. one thing i'm wondering is how would you get them in back into capsules?

I don't know why you'd want to go through all this trouble when its easy to just pop the pills but here's how to do it.

Crush it well, weigh how much you need per capsule then the remaining room is for the filler (ex. dextrose). Put it all in a plastic ziplock bag, leave air inside, seal it tightly and shake shake shake shake.

Then put it into capsules.



Or just eat the damn tabs :)

Makes sense to me bro. 10 pills crushed should weigh the same as 10 pills whole assuming nothing is lost in the crushing. Ha, obviously I don't cap it, but since I blend my oatmeal and drink it, weighing like this is exactly how I portion it out.

I was more so refering to the fact that once you add in other ingredients how to you ensure that everything gets mixed evenly so that 1 cap does not contain like 50mg of ephedrine and 100mg of caffeine and another one has 25mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine sort of deal.

The stuff in a bag full of air, well shaken will do it. As long as you make a large batch; smaller batches will have higher relative errors and inconsistencies.

My thinking is that it would be easy to mix. Just shake it for a while with your filler...Kinda like making a cake - the flour and sugar eventually distributes as long as you shake it up well.

I just picture that when you're done, you will have thought you were making 100 pills, but then you end up with 75 or something because it is packed in the capsules tighter than expected. Then you are left with each capsule dosed to 0.75 of what you wanted, and then what are you going to do.

I was going to calculate the volume needed to fill the capsules and add filler accordingly.
