Hello, im new to the forums, And i'd like to say hello and thanks in advance.
I have a few questions. And need them answered.

My name is josh, I'm 202 pounds.
I'm 6 feet tall, and 15 years old.

I went from 230 to 202 in about two months of working out,
And my lifts went up dramatically.

I started with :

90 bench
100 deadlift
90 squat

I'm now at.

195 bench (max 3 rep)
315 dead!
185 squat.

I take soy protein, 50G per 2 scoops. 100 calories.

I'm just wondering if theres anything i can really do to try to loose this extra weight, im more shaped now but i'd still like to loose another 15 pounds.

Any advice would help!

Ill try to keep it short and sweet. Up protein intake, up fat intake (be careful), lower carb intake, spread carbs thinly throughout the day, make sure you replenish after weights though (~40g carb). Sip on water throughout the day, 5-6 liters is plenty.

Besides that just watch what you eat, and the more you and split up the meals the better for your metabolism. 6 meals is better than missing breakfast and stuffing yourself with 2 meals... obviously...

Cardio in the AM is a good addition too, all in all you must have a calorie deficiency to lose any weight at all, consuming more protein will help you recover and its there so you dont eat up much of YOUR muscle. Calories IN < OUT

Take it nice and slow, measure yourself every AM, 1-2lb a week is a nice rate.

I am no Nutritionist! But my advice would be to start to analyze what you are eating and where you need to improve and what you need to remove. This should show you a little more loss! Or muscle gain if that is wat you are looking for.

Keep in mind more muscles you put on more you will weigh!

I could tell you to go get FAT burners or ECA but!!!!! if you can avoid them and use food to sculpt then this is your more healthier choice!

At 15 you are a big bugger for sure.....Honestly, right now you dont need any extra supps, as you are a very young man, and there is lots going on in your body right now......Just eat good whole food meals, maybe a protein based shake here and there....But train intelligently, gain strength over time, dont overdo it.....You have an incredible base already...keep up this spirit and we will be seeing you on stage winning prizes or excelling in your chosen sport....I commend you for thinking like this so young...keep up the good work and remember, you dont need any extra supps right now as far as fat burners, or even creatines or any of the crap off the shelves of a lot of stores...you can use that once you are completed growing and hit a wall, youve got a long way to go for that if you are healthy and strong...

good advice!! +1 supps at 15 are really useless! your natural testosterone right now is off the charts so use it to your advantage! at least until your 21... After that think about where you wanna take it but it intelligently!

You're 15, damn, just go be active, play sports, find a couple team sports to join at night, or even some type of martial arts a few days a week and you will lose that fat.
Some people giving advice like you are 30 training for the Olympia.
