ok so i started my first cycle 5 weeks ago im running 500mg of test cyp per week and 50mg of winstrol per day. the problems sleeping started about a week ago and from what i have heard this is pretty normal.. i wake up in the middle of the night 2 or three times a night in a sweat get up grab a drink of water then go back to sleep... what i have not heard is.. is there anything i can take to get a good nights sleep or does this go away soon ?

i buy travel tabs (gravol) @ walmart or the generic coscto brand.

there is always melatonin sitting on my night stand. 5-htp is good too.

I find that melatonin and gaba allow me to fall asleep easier. However, in terms of staying asleep... Good ventalation in the room (If I get too hot, I wake) and either some Gravol or the occasional herb before bed.

I had trouble sleeping too and talked about it to my doctor and he prescribed my Seroquel.. an anti-anxiety and a good sleep aid.. trust me , on this you wont want to do anything except sleeping :P
seroquel.......doctors will prescribe anything to get ppl out of their office......its an anti-depressant and was used frequently in schizo patients and others of that sort.....have fun coming off of that with the "brain tremors"......heres the actual uses for it
1 treatment of depressive episodes associated with bipolar disorder
2 treatment of acute manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder as either monotherapy or adjunct therapy to lithium or divalproex.
3 maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder as adjunct therapy to lithium or divalproex

I agree. I use 6mg of melatonin with 1 tab of 5-htp 30-45 min befor bed. Works great, even with this crazy heat.
you guys sweat more on cycle? im generally a sweaty guy, but man both pillows are SOAKED by the morning since i started... not running tren either and the temp in my place is good... w t f?
makes me scrurrd to run tren... what if i end up drowning in my own sweat that would not be kosh

thanks for the suggestions i took some melatonin right before bed last night.. greatest sleep i have had in weeks.
I must be lucky I dont even have problems while running Tren. I just sleep on a towel and toss my shirt half way through the night(typically covered in sweat)

I use melatonin and valerian root together, works like a dream for me.
