Hello everybody, new member here.
I use to be a total gym rat, then I got lazy shortly after I got married, then got fat. I put on a total of around 47 lbs I have been dieting and training again for the last 4 to 5 months now, and have dropped 30 lbs so far. My goal is to drop a min. of another 17 lbs. (to hit what I weighted when my wife and I first met 7 years ago) before deciding if I want to build up more size (in muscle of course) or just get totally ripped and maintain it.
