Needles for B-12 injections??

What size needle should one use for B 12 injections and do they need to be IM????

I use 23 gauge but you can use 25 gauge if you like.

On a side note what is the proper dose for B-12, (looking for the best dose per week).

SUBQ takes me longer to "feel" the effect

If you are pinning yourself with B12 to get comfortable with injections then you are literally practicing. In your case you can pin as many times as you want then. Try half a cc alternating every injection spot you think you'll use for the big show (as you called it). Do it till you do feel comfortable. Whatever B12your body doesn't absorb gets pissed away, simple as that.

B12 is meant to be taken either IM or Subq so have your choice. If you buy the over the counter stuff from shoppers it says both on the box. 25g works great for IM and use slin pins for Subq

huh, i didn't know you could mix water and oil products in the same injection... or are you mixing it with susp?

Yea you can mix the two, and i use 1/2" 1cc slin 'darts' for b12 and b complex
