So I took a week off, during that time I stop taking the dbol and eat tonnes and was drinking. To my surprise I have dropped 3 pounds that week and according to my body comp scale it was fat???? I have been back in the routine now and my weight is still dropping. May just be the heat but I am down 5 lbs total, 2lbs since I have started training again. does this sound normal? Usually a week of of eating whatever and drinking I would put on 5 lbs of fat.

Body Composition (Tanita) scales are notoriously inaccurate.

+1

I loose 4% bodyfat on the scale just by stepping in the shower.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your scale is anything but accurate. Your weight loss is mostly water.

That's what d-bol does best hold water and once you get off the drug, you lose it just as fast as you gained it.People that cycle d-bol lots will notice all they do is YO-Yo all the time on d-bol, total faking mine drug, messes with people Brains.

It would be nice if you could get an accurate scale. I had a feeling it was water but its telling me my water % has increased?? but how would it calculate water retention. I will stick with the best measuring devices I know, my belt and the mirror..LOL
