alright here it goes.
i have been a member for awhile now but never really paid much attention to the site other then to gather tips in the AAS section but now that im begining to visit more frequently i love this website and it seems like unlike alot of other bbing websites out there this one is full of decent people with usefull advice and there own opinions.

i have been training on and off since i was 13 years old but after a knee injury brought on in lacrosse i had to have an acl reconstructed and stopped all activity until a about a year ago when i found a picture of my brother an i next to each other.. i was drinking like a fish smoking like a chimney and i was probobly pushing 330 of pure fat.. i had hit my rock bottom .. the day after i saw that picture.. i quit smoking for good.. cold Turkey.. i quit the booze cleaned my diet right up and joined the gym a month after that and haven't looked back since.. bodybuilding has become my life im addicted to it and i couldnt be happier with the results i have packed on the muscle mass dropped alot of fat and im healthier then i have ever been.

well thats my story and im lookin forward to getting to know you all.

hard to say how much actual fat has been lost because i have never used a caliper or anything like that but i went from around 330 to 245 and im now fluctuating between 260-265 and still droping bodyfat but im still carrying extra pounds but im not about to starve myself just to say i lost them before puting them back on haha.

cheers.
