what kind of protein do you like better? whey protein isolate, cold filter concentrate etc... and how much do you take in a month?

I get most of my protein from real food...... only use a scoop or two a day. Isolate gives me rotten gas so I use "go" protein seems to work good for me and its cost effective.

I use optimum nutrition its a mix of whey iso and concen.trate

generally speaking I get wpc as it is cheap, but if I have been looking into taking a mix of whey/egg/micellar casein

the protien that i take is matrix, and it middle of the pack for cost but it does have a balance of both fast and slow digestive protiens

i have been using sixstar whey protien anyone have any comments on this brand good or bad seems to be a good price , and what about soy protien ?

For shakes I use concentrate because of the amino acid profile but PWO I take isolate.

I usually take whatever is given to me for free.....as I have a few friends with a supplement store.

i have been using sixstar whey protien anyone have any comments on this brand good or bad seems to be a good price , and what about soy protien ?

I was told here Sixstar is owned by IOvate, the Muscletech guys. I used their products and liked them alot but it feels weird buying health and medicinal products at Walmart LOL.

I've used the six star creatine blend stuff. I bought it mainly for post workout because of the maltdextrose/dextrose blend and it was cheap. Got it at Extra (small town Superstore) for like 22 bucks. Tried the protein too as it was cheap and had really shiny packaging:puff
