When injecting into the glute's and you pull back on the plunger... do you want blood to come into the syringe? Also is it good to maybe do a medium pace on a stationary bike to work the oil into the muscle better?

My first thought was "he's kidding...this must be a joke". But in the event your not NO YOU DO NOT want blood to come back into the syringe. It means your in a vein. Trust me, you don't want that. Its very unpleasant.

Your not injecting heroin.... blood in the syringe is not what you want... you wanna see tiny bubbles when you pull the plunger back.

NO BLOOD This is why wew aspirate the syringe. You will know it if you inject oil into a vein. I think you can find injection info at spot injections.

Protips for injecting: You should heat up the syring (with the cap still on it) by holding it under hot running water for like 15-20 seconds to heat the oil up. Make sure you swap the area with 70% alcohol before and after. Sometimes after I inject I massage the muscle abit I feel it makes for less pain in the long run.

I wouldn't. You are taking a sterile product and unsterilizing it only to rub it down with alcohol in hopes to completely sterilized it.
