I don't see any pics of my back there......funny. Maybe you'll have to wait to see it ON STAGE this year. That's usually where the show gets judged. Not trying to be a dick, just sayin, LOL.

If you watch my back training clip, you'll hear me talk about putting lots of focus on improving my back, and I think I did a very good job of that this year. I don't see anyone beating me in the back double bicep this time. It's been my primary focus.

Yes, we will be covering the Nationals. Mike and I are both competing, so we won't be doing any work. Steve will be there, and he'll have to have a few people help him out so he can get athlete interviews and as much footage as possible. CBBR wants to build a great relationship with the CBBF and help promote the whole show and everyone in it.

Much appreciate it Flexy. I know you weren't slaggin, no worries there. I feel like my back was at it's best and thickest in 07 when I won the Supers. I have noticed over the years that if I come in a bit too flat, it comes out of my back first.

I am excited about this year, because I feel like i improved my back a lot last year, but came in SO flat that it looked terrible IMHO. I looked great from certain angles, but my back was extremely depleted in some of the shots I saw. I felt like I haven't shown them my real back since 07, so I am fired up to come in really full and tight this year.

Should be about 15 pounds heavier than last year, so I'm sure everyone will see a very drastic difference. Chad has me so much fuller and leaner at this point, and way heavier than any other year at 5 weeks out.

I hope I can win the Pro Card so I can get a chance to be an ambassador for Canadian Bodybuilding. That would be an honor.
