If I was an asian teen I would straight do a never ending bulking cycle and maybe try not to eat only rice.

In that pic the guy says he's been using 8 years to look the part. WOW. I could do that natural in 8 months.

I work with alot of asians and they actually only eat rice. Big gigantic bowls of it.

On the flip side, I've seen some pretty big muscular asians around. I won't say anything negative about asians as some were as big if not bigger than me.

But little guys who juice and don't diet, train and do it right get no respect from me. Who cares about nationality.

Sorry I am not a racist or anything I have many asian friends at work I was just saying what I have observed by the majority of their diets. And all of them workout hard and dont get it why they dont put on any muscle.

Around here pretty much every gym I have been to there are always a ton of Asian/Middle Eastern guys working out. One of the biggest guys at the Gold I workout at is Asian, deffinatly not eating right 5 times a day tho lol.

Just an FYI, these are not rice eating asians. Asians in the UK refer to brown/east indian's.

You guys know how wide Asia is and how different staple diets are? People from south east Asia tend to eat lots of rice, noodles and fish. Those from the Middle east rely on meat and inland food since they are on the mainland. Those from the Asia minor near the mideteranian eat more fish while those near Russia rely more on other sources of food due to cold temperature.

Asia is so wide to generalize what asians eat, also consider the fact that most of those raised here in North America have the same diet as yours.
